Abstract: Le projet Vaccins Méningite a permis à des millions d’Africains de disposer d’un vaccin peu coûteux, le MenAfriVac®, grâce à un transfert de technologie. Les récits de la biomédecine en ont fait une histoire à succès, un mythe sociotechnique anonyme et collectif dans lequel le MenAfriVac® revêt une efficacité magique.
