Lumbar paraspinal intramuscular myxoma: A case report

Abstract: Background: With an estimated incidence of about 1 case/million patients, paravertebral intramuscular myxomas represent a rare cause of lumbar pain. Rather, they typically occur in the heart and in bone tissues.
