Abstract:Àííîòàöèÿ. Èññëåäîâàëîñü ïîëó÷åíèå è ëþìèíåñöåíöèÿ íàíîêðèñòàëëîâ (ÍÊ) CdS, ëåãè-ðîâàííûõ ïðèìåñüþ Li. Ëåãèðîâàííûå ÍÊ áûëè ïîëó÷åíû ìåòîäîì çîëü-ãåëü òåõíîëîãèè â aeåëàòèíîâîì ðàñòâîðå.
