Abstract:Background: Adenocarcinoma is the most common primary lung malignant tumor. However, pulmonary carcinoid tumorlets are rare neuroendocrine tumors, and the coexistence of adenocarcinoma and pulmonary carcinoid tumorlets is extremely rare.
