Lung Adenocarcinoma with Metachronous Ovarian Metastasis: a long survival case report

Abstract: Lung adenocarcinoma which invades ovaries is very rare. However, with the increase of long-survival female lung cancer, more female patients will experience this situation. Because of the paucity of reported cases, the clinicopathological features and treatment strategies of these tumors remain unknown. This patient was stage IV lung adenocarcinoma at first diagnosis.
