Lupus anticoagulant and Sneddon's syndrome

Abstract: We present the coagulation and serological studies of four patients with Sneddon's syndrome, in which antiphospholipid antibodies (anticardiolipin antibodies and lupus anticoagulant) were determined using cardiolipin and a mixture of phospholipid from rabbit brain as antigen for detection of lupus anticoagulant by ELISA.
