Abstract. The performance of the LH test Luteonostieon is described. Estimations of LH in samples of spontaneously voided urine of healthy children (n = 133) aged from 6 to 16 show a rise in LH concentration depending on the age. Because of the wide range of the results different samples should be examined for each patient. The test is limited in its usefulness for clinical application and is inadequate for scientific investigations.
