Abstract:Background: Lycorine, an isoquinoline alkaloid, exhibits anti-breast cancer activity, but its mechanism of action remains unclear. Purpose: This work was conducted to investigate the mechanism of lycorine on breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7.
