Lymphomatoid Granulomatosis in 10-Month-Old Infant with Lymphopenia: Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is an aggresive multiorgan disease that primarily affects the lung but may also involve extrapulmonary sites including the central nervous system, skin, and kidney. The incidence is the highest in middle-aged men and is rare in children. We report a case of LYG involving lung, liver, and skin in a 10-month-old infant who is the youngest patient in the literature.
