Abstract:Background: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) is a rare Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-driven lymphoproliferative disease. LYG is characterized by a progressive clinical course, which virtually always involves the lungs. LYG characteristically presents as bilateral pulmonary nodules.
