M.A.T.H. = Making Algebraic Thinking Holistic

Abstract: step is leaving their anxiety at the door. Hands-on work engages students by utilizing group learning, discovery, and active learning both with and without technology lessening the fears of math. Faculty members will be given sample activities, rubrics, and sample student work. Special focus on creating Spirolaterals and quilting teach geometric movement and pattern recognition.
