Abstract:Objectives
Posterior pituitary tumors (PPTs) are rare neoplasms, but easily misdiagnosed as pituitary adenoma and craniopharyngioma. This study aimed to differentiate PPTs from pituitary adenoma and craniopharyngioma using a machine learning method based on radiomics.
