Abstract

The textbook serves as the basis of independent work of students in the course and final qualifying works.
 The training manual sets out the methodology of the course and final qualifying works is given to approximate to their subjects. Set volume and a list of topics of calculation-explanatory note and graphic material. In the Appendix has sample forms and reference standard material, required during project implementation, the samples of forms for a legal reference papers.
