Macro-financial regimes and performance of Shariah-compliant equity portfolios

Abstract: This study proposes the Markov Regime Driven Style allocation (MRDS) strategy for Shariah-compliant portfolio construction, a forward-looking methodology that merges economic forecasting with Shariah-compliant investment principles.
