Abstract:This study aimed to assess the level of concentration, nutritional contribution, and possible health risk for various age groups owing to the consumption of branded liquid and powder milk. Using atomic absorption spectrometry, sixteen liquid and thirty powder milk samples were tested for 13 elements.
