Macroamylasemia and Celiac Disease in a 6 -Year-Old Girl – Case Report

Abstract: Macroamylasemia is a biochemical disorder, resulting from circulation of macroamylase complexes in which amylase is bound to other macromolecules like immunoglobulins and polysaccharides, which increases their molecular weight, reducing renal excretion of these macromolecules and makes patients have chronically elevated serum amylase levels.
