Macroprolactinoma in a Patient With Schizophrenia: A Therapeutic Challenge

Abstract: Introduction: The most common pituitary tumors are prolactinomas and they are treated with dopamine agonists. In schizophrenia, antipsychotics (dopamine receptor blockers) are used, which can result in hyperprolactinemia.
