Magnesiumgehalt im Serum bei schwangerschaftsinduzierter Hypertonie

Abstract: Von 159 Schwangeren wurden Blutproben zur Bestimmung der Magnesiumkonzentrationen entnommen. Bei 19 Patientinnen wurde eine schwere, bei 64 eine leichte schwangerschaftsinduzierte Hypertonie diagnostiziert. 76 Probandinnen mit komplikationslosem Graviditätsverlauf dienten als Vergleichskollektiv. Aufgrund der vorliegenden Resultate scheint ein erniedrigter Magnesiumgehalt im Serum allein nicht ursächlich für die Entstehung einer schwangerschaftsinduzierten Hypertonie verantwortlich zu sein.
