Magnetic and Electric properties of the Multiferroic Composite (1-x)BiFeO3 - xBa5TbTi3V7O30

Abstract: Using high temperature solid state reaction technique ceramic composites (1-x)BiFeO3 - xBa5TbTi3V7O30 having different x values are prepared. Basic crystal qualities are studied using XRD which shows that there’s a formation of BiFeO3 and Ba5TbTi3V7O30 phases. There observed change in the basic structure as x changes and is most distorted for x = 0.5.
