Magnetic and nonthermal effects on the dispersion properties of ion-cyclotron surface wave in a semi-bounded generalized Lorentzian plasma

Abstract: The magnetic field strength and the nonthermal effects on the dispersion properties of ion-cyclotron surface wave propagating along the interface of a semi-bounded Lorentzian plasma and a vacuum are kinetically investigated. The direction of external magnetic field is applied in parallel to the interface.
