Magnetic Levitation Device for Harvesting Power-frequency Magnetic Field and Mechanical Energy

Abstract: Energy harvesting from ambient energy sources has been receiving considerable interest as the power supply of wireless sensors networks. In this paper, a hybrid energy harvester based on magnetic levitation is presented for scavenging power-frequency magnetic field and mechanical energy. A Halbach array is employed to enhance the power output.
