Magnetic properties and structure of (FexAl1–x)2O3 solid solutions

Abstract: On basic of the magnetic properties the statistical homogeneity of the A1,0,-Fe,O, solid solution system is estimated. Summarizing the data obtained the conclusion is made that the distribution of Fe3+ ions in the (FexA1,_x),03 lattice for concentrations 0.005 5 x 5 0.07 does not obey statistical regularities.
