Magnetic Property of Gd5Ge4 Single Crystal under Pressure
Abstract: We have measured the magnetic property of high-quality single crystalline Gd 5 Ge 4 under pressure. We have revealed the ferromagnetic ground state becomes stable and found the saturated magnetic moments with ferromagnetic behaviors under pressure above 0.55 GPa. We confirmed that single crystal sample is not spatially segregated into FM and AFM states under pressure of 0.55 GPa.
