Magnetic Resonance Angiography of the Renal Arteries Using Three-Dimensional Balanced Turbo Field-Echo Sequence with Progressive Spin Saturation

Abstract: We developed a new method employing a balanced turboˆeld-echo (b-TFE) sequence with progressive spin saturation (PSS) for magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) of the renal arteries during breath-holding without the use of contrast agents.
