Magnetic Resonance Imaging Findings in Bilateral Basal Ganglia Lesions

Abstract: Introduction: Radiologists may encounter bilaterally symmetrical abnormalities of the basal ganglia on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), typically in the context of diffuse systemic, toxic or metabolic diseases.
