Magnetic resonance neurography: is it so complicated that it needs a touch of genius?

Abstract: Points• Neuropathy imaging is not that complicated or illusive that it needs a touch of genius.• By gaining MR imaging expertise of peripheral nerve lesions and using knowledge of common clinical patterns and diseases, general radiology practitioners can prudently participate in the multidisciplinary care for appropriate and timely management of peripheral neuropathy patients.
