Abstract:Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) complements conventional methods used to differentiate intracranial cystic lesions. We report MRS findings of three cases that were diagnosed as pyogenic, tuberculous, and Cryptococcus abscesses before instituting any medical or surgical therapy.
