Abstract:The dynamic performance (stroke, resolution, speed, etc.) of the focusing mechanism of a microscopic imaging system is the key factor affecting the image quality and detection efficiency. The focusing speed and resolution of the microscopic imaging system depend on the ultra-precise motion of the focusing mechanism.
