Phase states of ultrathin magnetic film with an inclined anisotropy are investigated. It is shown, that in a 2D film with easy-axis, easy-plane anisotropies, and inclined out-of-plane anisotropy the realization of spatially inhomogeneous phase is possible only at specific orientation of an external magnetic field. If orthorhombic anisotropy is implemented in the film plane, then the spatially inhomogeneous phase realizes at arbitrary orientation of in-plane external field.
