Magneto-optic properties of Pb/Al codoped silica fiber via atomic layer deposition

Abstract: A Pb/Al codoped silica fibers were fabricated using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique in combination with modified chemical vapor deposition (MCVD). PbO and Al 2 O 3 were induced into fiber core area by ALD. Faraday Effect of Pb/Al codoped silica fiber (PADF) was investigated for current sensor.
