Abstract:Magneto-quantum transport properties in Al x Ga 1-x As y Sb 1-y /InAs deep quantum wells (QWs) with different well width (L w = 15 and 50 nm) have been studied both in low and high magnetic fields. The low-field magnetoconductance has been explained in the light of the two-dimensional weak-localization theory taking account of the effect of Zeeman splitting on spin-orbit scattering of electrons. Analysis of Quantum Hall effect (QHE) in high-field region for L w = 50 nm indicates the existence of a small number… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
