“…Within a mean field model, the Co-Co interaction is found from T C for the R = non-magnetic R, T Co = T C , since n CoCo = T Co /C Co , where C Co = N Co 4S(S + 1)μ 2 B /3k B , and N Co is the number of Co atoms per unit volume, yielding to the value of n CoCo = 2.9 × 10 −4 T 2 m 3 /J. It agrees quite well with the interpolated values of the n CoCo parameters found for other similar B compounds with higher Co content (YCo 5 ; T C = 980 K, n CoCo ≈ 5.2 × 10 −4 T 2 m 3 /J [19]) and lower content (for YCo 4 B; T C = 382 K, n CoCo ≈ 2 × 10 −4 T 2 m 3 /J [20,21]). Moreover, with increasing B content the value of n CoCo decreases, and considering that the average number z of Co nearest neighbors is similar for the three compounds (z = 8.05, 7.85 and 7.2 for YCo 5 , Y 3 Co 13 B 2 and YCo 4 B, respectively), the decrease can be most probably related to the associated decrease in Co average moment with B content, due to Co-B hybridization [6,18].…”

“…The SR temperatures of the samples with x = 0-1.0 are listed in Table 2. The SR temperatures decrease with Y content, which agrees well with those of Nd 1−x Y x Co 5 compounds [18][19][20].…”
