Main pulmonary artery enlargement predicts 90-day readmissions in Chinese COPD patients

Abstract: Background: Numerous studies have shown pulmonary artery enlargement when measured by chest computed tomography (CT) could predict a worse outcome in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients.
