Major challenges for education in Wales

Abstract

The author gratefully acknowledges the support of the Economic and Social Research Council via the ESRC Centre for the Microeconomic Analysis of Public Policy (grant number ES/T014334/1). This report also draws heavily on analysis and knowledge gained by the author in his work as a Research Fellow at the Education Policy Institute.
