Abstract:Pathological cardiac hypertrophy is the result of a prolonged increase in the workload of the heart that activates various signaling pathways such as MAPK pathway, PKA‐dependent cAMP signaling, and CaN‐NFAT signaling pathway which further activates genes for cardiac remodeling.
