Malignant fibrous histiocytoma, now referred to as Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma: A Case Report of an unexpected histology of a subcutaneous lesion

Abstract: Highlights Think of undifferentiated pleoimorphic sarcoma as a differential in older adults with a history of radiation therapy. It is important to discover the type and grade of the tumor. Patients should be thoroughly worked up for the best possible outcome.
