Abstract:Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a rare and severe neurotoxic encephalopathic state characterized by variable neurologic manifestations ranging from headache and confusion to seizures, coma, and reversible subcortical vasogenic edema on imaging.
