Malignant pilar cyst in a young woman: Case report and literature review

Abstract:The patient was a young, 30-year-old woman presenting with a long standing painless scalp lesion with six month history of recent increase in size with associated pain. Clinically the swelling had benign features, therefore excisional biopsy was done. However histology revealed malignant pilar cyst.
