Malignant priapismus induced by adenocarcinoma of the prostate

Abstract: Penile metastasis of adenocarcinoma of prostate is an extremely rare clinical entity and even less of such cases presenting with malignant priapism. Management of priapism with penile shunting is recommended in this case.
