Malignant Transformation of Nonirradiated Recurrent Juvenile Laryngeal Papillomatosis

Abstract: Very few cases of spontaneous malignant transformation of nonirradiated recurrent juvenile laryngeal papillomatosis (JLP) have been reported in literature. We document a case of invasive laryngeal carcinoma arising in pre-existing juvenile laryngeal papillomatosis.
