“…minutoides/LP/RSA/2017 (and Lunk virus from Zambia) share the closest similarities to Rat arenavirus 1/YN2013/CHN, Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV), and Dandenong viruses with 83.7–85.3% amino acid identity within this nucleoprotein region.
