„Man-in-the-barrel“-Syndrom

Abstract: ZusammenfassungBerichtet wird über einen Patienten mit einem "Man-in-the-barrel"-Syndrom aufgrund bilateraler Grenzzoneninfarkte bei Verschluss der linken A. carotis communis und Stenose der rechten A. carotis interna. Das klinische Bild ist gekennzeichnet durch eine rein motorische, proximal betonte, zentrale Paraparese der Arme.
