Abstract:Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a devastating disease involving the micro circulating (capillary wall damage) of multiple organs and could be seriously fatal if not diagnosed and treated promptly [1]. TTP is a rare complication of pregnancy with a poor prognosis and high fetal mortality, especially when it occurs during the first trimester [2].
