Management of diabetic ketosis and ketoacidosis with intramuscular regular insulin in a low-resource family medicine setting

Abstract: Background:India is facing an epidemic of diabetes mellitus (DM). Effective management of complications of DM is a challenge in resource-poor areas of India.
