Abstract:Implant restoration, a predictive procedure for edentulous areas, can suffer from early failure due to several factors. While thorough debridement of the extraction socket is standard practice for implant placement, unintentional remnant can occur. This case report presents an early implant failure following placement and guided bone regeneration.
