Abstract:A 14-year-old male neutered domestic shorthair cat presented with a 4-year history of urinary incontinence following prepubic urethrostomy. Physical examination confirmed peristomal dermatitis, urine scalding and constant urine leakage. Haematology, serum biochemistry and urinalysis were unremarkable.
