Management of Latent Tuberculosis Infection Based on T-SPOT.TB Assay in Patients With Hematological Malignancies

Abstract: Background and objective: Patients with latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) receiving chemotherapy for hematological malignancy (HM) are at high risk of developing active tuberculosis (TB) infection.
