Abstract:PURPOSe Of The STUDySurgical options for paediatric femoral fractures include flexible intramedullary nailing (fIN), plating, and external fixators. Length unstable fractures are usually spiral, long oblique, or comminuted and are often associated with > 2 cm of shortening. The purpose of this study was to see whether fIN is effective for managing unstable femur fractures in children.
