Abstract: A characteristic feature of myasthenia gravis (MG) is the fluctuating weakness of the muscles. MG is an autoimmune neuromuscular junction disorder mediated by autoantibodies against nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and muscle-specific tyrosine kinase.
