Abstract: Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) describes the narrow zone of tachycardia. PSVT can diagnose with electrocardiography, but most specifically, it can be diagnosed by electrophysiology study (EPS) and further treated with radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Management of PSVT with RFA significantly reduces the reoccurrence of PSVT episodes in future.
